I wanted to share some interesting quotes from the book Theta Healing, authored by its founder, Vianna Stibel.
Complex illness is...complex.
If you've lived it, you know.
I appreciate new insights, especially those that elucidate toxicity and emotional health.
ThetaHealing is a meditative, spiritual healing technique that aims to identify and shift limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious mind. It was developed by Vianna Stibal in 1995 after her own healing experience.
The name comes from the theta brainwave state—a deeply relaxed, semi-hypnotic state associated with meditation, intuition, and subconscious reprogramming.
Here are some snippets from the book: feel free to share your thoughts below!
“Environmental illnesses can be healed instantly however if the person is continually exposed to the same environmental factor, it can re-create the illness. The toxins will simply re-instate the sickness.
It’s suggested that to stay healed, the person changes their lifestyle and environment, and follows the healing up with belief work.”
"What I found was that heavy metals such as mercury carried with them certain projected thought forms and beliefs that would affect the person that they resided in. Once the mercury was gone, these thought forms would be gone as well."
“Feelings, emotions, toxins, injuries, genes, genetic belief systems, historical belief systems and soul belief systems are all possible factors. The first key to assisting a person is to know what is causing the problem.”
"Inappropriate storing of these stressful emotions (fear, anger or rage) produces an access of epinephrine and this causes a chemical breakdown, resulting in an internal weakening of the immune system and an increased potential for disease."
