Mold Is Like Quicksand

When you are going through mold, it feels like you will never get out.

  • You move into a new place, then you find a mold spot.

  • You take a trip; the hotel room is musty.

  • You go to the store, you get a headache.

  • You buy a new mattress; it smells like chemicals.

  • You remediate your house; but you still don't feel well.

It's like trying to leave an abusive relationship but the abuser is following you.

A couple points I want to make:

1.You can get out of the mold quicksand; I'm living proof.

I had a new client recently who was stunned I'm not still on a mold protocol. My mold healing was long, as it usually is, but it's over. It's been over for years.

In fact I'm so on the other side that I can work, write and serve about mold.

2. Like quicksand, stop struggling so much.

Ok I don't really know much about quicksand but I think you're not supposed to fuss, kick and struggle. Same for mold.

I see soooo many people trying to sidestep the basics and the patience, and they are making it harder.

These are just two reasons why I make an amazing mold coach.

Yes, I also know about a zillion different supplements and I can read labs...but there is so much power is staying grounded.

If you are going through mold or thinking of deepening a mold speciality in your practice, I can help teach you the real wisdom of mold.

That wisdom looks like stillness, discernment and connection.

That wisdom doesn't come in a bottle, it's the gift we give to ourselves and to others.

Here are a few ways I can help (with more to come):

If you’re healing from mold, keep going! But ready that slow and steady wins the race. (;

Yours, Bridgit Danner
