This is a new service utilizing the Qest4 device to read your body systems and anything affecting them. The scan will help me decide priorities and supplements. Based on my findings, I will give recommendations for 1-2 month period. You do not need to be present for the scan or report. It will be delivered by email.

Your Energetic Shift happens in phases. These three phases of healing will weave together, in our group and in your life.
Sometimes it will feel like you’re ‘back where you started,’ but you’re just experiencing a new level of change.
Phase 1: Restore: Nervous System Safety & Systemic Drainage
To safely move into chemical and emotional detox, you may need to works towards greater stability in your nervous system and better function in your detox organs.
Even if you are very sensitive, there is a starting point for everyone.
In these two months, you’ll establish your nervous system container and learn how to identify and move your energy.
I’ll also introduce a dozen markers of foundational health. We all have blindspots and weak areas; it’s time to take responsibility and address them.
Phase 2: Repair: Emotional Healing & Infection Clearing
When you’re steady enough to detox, we begin! Both physical detox and addressing emotional wounds take a steady hand-
Working with an experienced provider makes for a much more gentle experience.
We will use the tools of somatic breathwork, guided meditation, homeopathy, herbal medicine, nutrition and detox techniques in this phase.
Things will get moving and it may feel a little bumpy but it will also be a welcome release and relief!
Phase 3: Reclaim: Confidence & Vibrant Health…for a Lifetime!
Guess what’s great about healing?? You get to live again! You get to dream and scheme, hike and travel.
But dreaming and scheming may be unfamiliar territory to you, especially after years of illness.
It’s time to reconnect with what you want, and develop the confidence and tenacity to go get it.
You may also be nervous to try new things after illness; I’ll help you re-integrate.
You also have a body to take care of for the long-haul. I will teach you about managing metabolism, brain health, digestion and more.
